Henley Royal Regatta is the most iconic rowing event in the world, attracting thousands of visitors every year to the quaint Oxfordshire town. With Henley’s historic architecture and position on the banks of the river Thames, it has proved the ideal town to host this wonderful celebration of rowing since 1839. The regatta takes place over 6 days with thrilling action and entertainment on show, while guests relish in the sunshine.

This year’s event will take place from 1st-6th July 2025 as fans can expect over 300 races across the week, including witnessing some of the world’s best take part. Across the week there will be some fantastic hospitality for you to watch the racing in style, with a variety of options to make your day perfect! Available from days 1 to 5 at Henley, the Temple Island Enclosure offers you a great chance to watch the action up close. With the Temple Island restaurant for a more intimate experience or Private Chalets that can accommodate over 100 guests, all of your necessities are catered for! Exclusively on day 3 and 4, let us look after you with ICON by Engage. This riverside hospitality experience will have you desperate to return next year! A four course lunch menu designed by Angela Hartnett awaits guests with the famous chef in attendance on the day. Tommy Banks Tasting Experience

Our final hospitality option for Henley Royal Regatta 2025 will be this wonderful tasting experience prepared by the 2 Michelin-starred chef, Tommy Banks. Banks is a two-time winner of the Great British Menu and is one of the best chefs in the country and as part of this experience he will talk you through his impeccable knowledge as he provides an innovative and delicious 5-course lunch. If you are a fan of gorgeous cuisine, then this is perfect for any foodies out there! Spend the 5th day of the Regatta in the private garden with a complimentary bar while watching the competitors battle it out.

Dress Code

To join Engage to watch one of Britain’s most prestigious events, there is a glamorous dress code. Partake in some of the splendid fashion on show at Henley Royal Regatta in 2025 by following Engage’s clothing recommendations. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear blazers, jackets or lounge suits with flannels and a collared shirt while for ladies, dresses and skirts of a modest length are recommended or full-length trousers. Please note shorts, jeans and trainers are prohibited in all hospitality areas.

Getting to Henley Royal Regatta 2025

The Regatta takes place every year in the picturesque town of Henley-Upon Thames. It is easily accessible and located just 13 miles from junction 8/9 of the M4. There is also a regular train service from Henley train station, if driving is not an option, with a short walk to the hospitality enclosures.
