Tottenham v Chelsea
Tottenham are set to welcome Chelsea to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in what promises to be an intriguing London derby.
Spurs lifted the Europa League trophy in Bilbao—securing their first European title in over four decades. With Thomas Frank now at the helm, a fresh chapter begins as Tottenham aim to build on that success domestically.
Under Enzo Maresca, Chelsea enjoyed a return to form, finishing fourth in the Premier League and clinching a European place. Their tactical rejuvenation and attacking flair underpinned a strong season across competitions, winning the Europa Conference in the process.
Tottenham and Chelsea met twice last season. In December, Spurs raced to a 2–0 lead only for Chelsea to mount a memorable comeback, eventually winning 4–3—Cole Palmer’s brace from the spot and Enzo Fernández’s strike sealed it. In April, Chelsea secured a narrow 1–0 win at Stamford Bridge courtesy of Enzo Fernández’s header.
