Manchester’s musical heritage runs deep, a city that has shaped generations of sound and culture. From Oasis and The Smiths to The Stone Roses, Take That, The 1975, and Aitch, its influence spans every era and genre. Home to legendary movements like Madchester, The Haçienda and Factory Records, as well as a thriving independent scene nurturing the next wave of talent, Manchester continues to set the rhythm for British music.
The arrival of The BRIT Awards marks a fitting new chapter in that story and another milestone for Co-op Live, the UK’s newest live entertainment arena, which has been wowing fans and artists alike since opening its doors in May 2024.
