West Ham made history in 2022/23 by winning the UEFA Europa Conference League. A great run in the competition finished with a 2-1 win over Fiorentina in Prague, with Jarrod Bowen scoring the 90th minute winner. The Hammers will be hoping to carry that form on into the UEFA Europa League this season.
