Olympic Games - Diving

The diving competitions at the Olympic Games in Paris are scheduled to run from 27 July to 10 August 2024 at the Paris Aquatics Centre. A total of 136 divers, with an equal distribution between men and women, will compete across eight medal events.

Diving made its Olympic debut at the 1904 Games in St. Louis and has been included at every Games since. The first women’s events were contested at the 1912 Games in Stockholm, while the synchronised competition was added to the programme at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

Diving events at the Games were initially dominated by Team USA athletes, though in recent years, competitors from China have been formidable.
