Guests depart to further enjoy the show grounds

Hospitality Information
On arrival at the Spring Garden, please show the hosts your e-ticket and they will give you a hospitality lanyard.
Once you and your guests have checked in, the host team will escort you to your designated chalet.
E-tickets will be issued approximately 5-2 days before the event.
Cloakroom & Bags
A cloakroom facility is available for Spring Garden guests to drop off any jackets and bags. As these are used by all Spring Garden guests, we ask that you please limit the number of large bags and only bring A4 sized bags. Please note that plant trollies are not permitted within the Spring Garden.
Dress Code
There is no formal dress code at RHS Chelsea Flower Show, but smart casual attire is encouraged. This is an outdoor event and is subject to varying weather. We advise that you check the weather forecast for the day of your visit and wear suitable clothing and footwear.

Rail/Underground
London Victoria and Battersea Park are the closest train stations to the showground. There are shuttle buses to the showground from both of these stations.
The closest tube station is Sloane Square which is a 10-minute walk to the showground (District & Circle Line).
Taxi
Taxis may drop off at Bull Ring Gate on Chelsea Embankment.
Parking
Parking is located in Battersea Park (SW11 4BY) and must be pre booked via the RHS website here.
