Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to join our team in Rickmansworth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the events industry, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for the successful project and creative delivery of our bespoke events.

Key Responsibilities:

Venue Coordination: Secure and manage event venues, including negotiation of contracts, logistics, and ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.

Vendor Management: Source, contract, and oversee vendors such as catering, entertainment, AV & production, transportation, and technical support to ensure seamless event execution.

Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards, ongoing budget control with the client and final account reconciliation

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

On-Site Event Management: Lead on-site event management, overseeing all aspects of event logistics, ensuring a smooth and successful event day experience.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small, dedicated team to delegate tasks, share responsibilities, and collectively achieve event objectives.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of event planning and execution.

Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events, adapting to changing circumstances.



Minimum of 3 years of event management experience.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.

Knowledge of sports and hospitality industry trends is a plus.
