Goodwood Revival 2025 - Sunday

The Goodwood Revival is an annual three-day festival that has taken place at the Goodwood Circuit since 1998. This event is dedicated to showcasing racing cars and motorcycles that are representative of the types that would have participated in races during the circuit’s initial period, which spans from 1948 to 1966.

The inaugural Revival event occurred half a century after the 9th Duke of Richmond and Gordon inaugurated the motor racing track in 1948. The Duke drove a Bristol 400, which was considered Britain’s cutting-edge sports saloon at the time, around the circuit. This event has grown to become one of the world’s most popular motor racing gatherings, and it uniquely recreates the atmosphere of motorsport during the 1950s and 1960s in the United Kingdom.

Recreating the glamour of motor racing as it used to be, the Motor Circuit comes alive for the Goodwood Revival – Sunday, both on and off the historic track. The only historic race meeting to be staged entirely in period dress, the Revival sees a return to the halcyon days of Goodwood as the spiritual home of British motor racing. It’s a celebration of bygone days, vintage fashion and wheel-to-wheel racing around this classic circuit, which remains unchanged since its heyday.
