Manchester United are set to welcome Brentford to Old Trafford in what looks to be an interesting Premier League match.

United endured a challenging 2024/25 season, finishing 15th while reaching the Europa League final only to fall short against Tottenham. There’s hope that Ruben Amorim can turn this team around as his squad begins to take shape.

Under Thomas Frank, Brentford delivered a steady 2024/25 campaign, finishing 10th in the Premier League and showing signs of renewed structure and attacking balance despite injuries throughout the season.

Last season’s league meetings were eventful. In April, United earned a 1–1 draw away from home thanks to a late Hojlund goal, while earlier in the season Bournemouth stunned the home crowd with a 3–0 victory at Old Trafford.
