2026 FA Cup Final - Chelsea vs Manchester City

2026 FA Cup Final - Chelsea vs Manchester City

The 2026 FA Cup Final takes place on Saturday, 16 May 2026 at Wembley Stadium, with kick-off at 3pm BST. It promises to be a blockbuster encounter between two of English football’s biggest clubs.

Chelsea secured their place in the final with a 1-0 victory over Leeds United in their semi-final, with Enzo Fernandez heading home the only goal of the game. Manchester City, meanwhile, came from behind to beat Southampton 2-1 in their semi-final, with goals from Jeremy Doku and Nico Gonzalez overturning a Finn Azaz opener, making City the first English side ever to appear in four consecutive FA Cup finals.

City arrive at Wembley having won the League Cup in March and still in contention for the Premier League title, with ambitions of a domestic treble. Chelsea, under interim manager Calum McFarlane, will be looking to end their own poor run in the competition, having lost three consecutive FA Cup finals between 2020 and 2022.
