Although we are lucky enough to host cricket hospitality played all year round, in the UK it’s typically played between the months of May and September. During these months, there are a variety of formats which are played. These are Test Cricket / first-class cricket (over multiple days), One Day International / limited overs cricket (typically 50-overs), T20 cricket (20-overs) and The Hundred (100-balls per innings).
From Timeless Tests to T20, the sport has continued to develop to quench the thirst of its global audience. A game developed by the English is largely played in the areas that were within its colonies, however with the introduction of the T20 format, other countries have taken to the game. With the relatively new introduction of The Hundred as well, there is certainly something for everyone to cast their eyes over on a beautiful summer’s game.
Here at Engage, we offer our ICON events at The Oval, Lords and Old Trafford for Tests and One Day Internationals as well as different hospitality options for all of the biggest games. Register your interest now to hear about our packages for 2026!
