Engage Named One of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025

We’re proud to announce that Engage Hospitality has once again been recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, powered by WorkL – and for the second year running, we’ve been successful in the medium organisation category.

This respected nationwide accolade celebrates the UK’s leading employers and highlights workplaces that go above and beyond to support their teams. The survey, conducted by employee experience platform WorkL, measures key aspects of workplace culture – including reward and recognition, pride, communication, empowerment, wellbeing, and job satisfaction – and also recognises employers who lead the way in inclusion, diversity, and industry-specific excellence.

At Engage, we’ve always believed that exceptional experiences start with a great team. Whether it’s celebrating success, supporting growth, or creating a culture people genuinely want to be part of, we’re proud to be a place where people feel empowered, inspired and valued every day.

Whether it’s at our events, or in our London office, we strive to be Excellent, Engaging and Entertaining for everything we do and everyone that we hire.

Andrew Hodgkins, Managing Director of Engage, said:
“We’re incredibly proud to be recognised by The Sunday Times for the second consecutive year in the medium organisation category. Our team is at the core of everything we do, and this award is a testament to their energy, passion and commitment. We’ll continue to invest in our culture and create an environment where people can thrive – both personally and professionally.”

How does the ‘Sunday Times – Best Places to Work’ work?

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards survey uses 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey, developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties to most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace. To achieve a high overall engagement score, an organization must score well across WorkL’s six-step framework:

  1. Reward and Recognition
  2. Instilling Pride
  3. Information Sharing
  4. Empowerment
  5. Wellbeing
  6. Job Satisfaction

Engage Hospitality scored their record high scores, particularly in our high employee engagement scores and focus on Wellbeing.
