Inbound Sports & Entertainment Sales Executive

Day to day you will work with the Inbound team, and you will be focused on driving the efficiency and maximising sales from inbound inquiries. This is a growing part of the business, and your support is required to ensure that all enquiries are dealt with and to maximise conversion rates. You will be selling to C-Suite, Marketing Teams, and High Net Worth’s daily.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound enquiries and close sales from those enquiries
  • Manage a growing inbound client base effectively and efficiently
  • Maximise repeat spend from existing clients
  • Close warm leads sourced from website, and live chat enquiries
  • Be accountable – ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Acquire and source new leads to grow the business
  • Be able to spot and develop new business opportunities
  • Respond to live chat enquiries via our website with detailed hospitality formation
  • Enrich our existing sales database with data to improve our segmentation
  • Working closely alongside the marketing team to grow sales revenue
  • Liaise and feedback with the Marketing team, helping to improve efficiency with marketing spend.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
