Man City face Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium as the two sides face off in Premier League action.

Manchester City, under Guardiola, had a disappointing season in 2024/25 after their first season without a major trophy since the 2016-17 campaign. Manchester City will be looking to bounce back after solid investment in the summer transfer window.

Chelsea rebounded impressively under Enzo Maresca in 2024/25, securing a fourth-place Premier League finish. They also lifted their first major trophy of the BlueCo era by triumphing in the UEFA Conference League, becoming the only club to complete wins in all three current UEFA competitions.

Chelsea were unable to pick up any points from Manchester City in the 2024/25 season. After losing 0-2 at home to Manchester City, Chelsea also lost 3-1 in the return fixture at the Etihad Stadium. Man City will be looking to do the same this year.
