2023/24 Aston Villa v Tottenham Hotspur

Premier League matches are always sure to feature high quality football with some of the biggest names in the world on the team sheets. Games are played in some of the best stadiums on the planet, with great atmospheres to match.

Aston Villa are hoping they can go a step even further this season, and start to battle for UEFA Europa League spots, after securing a UEFA Conference League spot on the final day of the 2022/23 season

Unai Emery got his team firing in the second half of the season and will be hoping to continue this domestically and continentally in 2023/24.

It was a 2022/23 season to forget for Tottenham as they only found themselves finishing in 8th position, their lowest finish in the top flight since 2009.

This came after Antonio Conte was sacked, followed by two poor interim manager spells from Crisitan Stellini and Ryan Mason doing little to steady the ship.

The 2023/24 season is a reason to put things right for the North London club, with no continental competition to focus on, the club will be hoping for a strong league finish by Ange Postecoglou in his first season.
