2023/24 Aston Villa v Legia Warsaw
Aston Villa find themselves looking for UEFA Europa Conference League glory in the 2023/24 season, after a strong 2022/23 campaign saw them finish 8th in the Premier League. Villa then went on to convincingly qualify in a two-legged play-off match against Hibernian, which ended 8-0 on aggregate.
This is the first time the midlands club have played in Europe since 2010, and the first time they have reached the group stage of a competition since the 2008/09 season.
